Too often, solutions are designed externally and fail to account for local context, limiting their long-term impact.

Locally led approaches build trust, strengthen accountability, and ensure that programs are relevant, effective, and sustainable.

Our Approach

• Locally led schools - Our schools are led by local teams who understand the communities they serve.

  School leaders, teachers, and staff understand the communities they serve, enabling them to respond to students' needs and build strong relationships with families.

• Partnership with families and communities - We work closely with parents and community members to support student learning and school improvement.

  This includes ongoing engagement, communication, and shared responsibility for student success.

• Building local capacity - We invest in developing local leadership at every level, from school leaders to district education officials.
